We’re looking for a campus talent attraction lead to partner with recruiting and the business to drive a high-impact campus attraction strategy for the US across our business areas. You'll:

• own the attraction and marketing strategy for campus in the US
• lead the regional campus attraction team
• liaise with business stakeholders and recruiters to exponentially leverage on all our activities
• build strong relationships with local universities (careers services and relevant faculties)
• excite campus talent to join UBS by your engaging and candidate-centric approach
• own the US campus budget and optimize partnerships for best ROI
• work with content creators in the team to position and market UBS as an employer in the best possible way

• New York: the salary range for this role is $130000 to $173000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
