The Campus Trainee – Sales at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will be responsible for engaging existing customers, driving customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration, and creating and nurturing a strong sales funnel to fuel business growth within the assigned territory.

This position is part of the India sales team and could be located anywhere in India post completion of the training period. This position will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Sales team and will report to the Regional Business manager. You will initially work in the field alongside an Area Sales Manager to gather more experience and actual territories allocation will be assigned later, post training on multiple modalities. You will be responsible for client engagement, meeting revenue targets, pursuing prospective customers, ensuring deal viability, and creating a winning environment in your territory that fosters close collaboration between various business functions such as application, service, logistics, etc. If you thrive in a customer-facing, dynamic, evolving, and competitive role and want to help build a world-class organization, read on.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Learn and implement value-based sales within your territory by adopting the world-renowned Challenger Sales methodology.

Learn and implement funnel management through effective use of leading CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Develop and apply strategic thinking for B2B sales with the opportunity to pursue customers across various verticals, including Private, Government, and Corporate sectors.

Apply your knowledge in financial modeling, product mix impact, pricing, market segmentation, channel partner management, and more.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Master’s degree in business administration, preferably with majors in Marketing, Finance, or Healthcare.

Successful completion of electronic projects and internal assignments in college.

Keen interest in building a career in sales and passion for meeting and engaging with customers to offer solutions that result in business sustainment and growth.

Adequate knowledge in data analysis using tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, etc., and the ability to apply insights from data analysis.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

Strong planning and customer relationship skills.

Knowledge of laboratory workflows and information systems.

Ability to travel across India and flexibility in working hours.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
