(CAN) Senior Manager, Store Fulfilled Customer Value Proposition

Position Summary...The primary objective of the Senior Manager Store Fulfilled Customer Value Proposition (CVP) role is to support sales and market share growth, and strategic channel mix through the continuous assessment, evolution and execution of the CVP roadmap, ensuring that Walmart’s store fulfilled program is positioned to provide the best total value for our Customers, vs. competitors, and achieve its profitability targets.
Scope of ownership includes competitor analysis, development and ownership of the CVP framework and E2E Customer journey and CVP roadmap for all store fulfilled channels.
Works as a subject matter expert to facilitate scoping, requirements, solution design and execution of programs to support the end-to-end Customer journey and mitigation of key friction points.
The senior manager is accountable for driving project completion on time and on budget; Develops business case to garner resource investment in solutions through increased GMV growth, profitability, retention/loyalty, and CSAT/NPS.
Must be able to influence SVP level leadership, build consensus. Comfortable to navigate ambiguous situations; operate with pragmatism and sound judgment, and demonstrate agility to course-correct, ensuring continuous alignment should business priorities shift.
Works cross-functionally across the business with Customer Insights, Technology, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders to get buy-in on strategy, goals, timelines, and budgets, exhibiting business agility as required in order to deliver against committed OKRs; Guides/consults fulfillment process design.What you'll do...This role will focus on opportunities to reduce returns and shrink risk within the Store Fulfilled propositions: this includes data analysis, root cause identification, solution planning, design of robust processes/controls to mitigate areas of risk.Create the strategy and own the execution of the end-to-end Store Fulfilled Customer Value Proposition . Work collaboratively with Technology, Central Ops, Merchandising, and Asset Protection. Program/Project Management to drive project objectives; accountable for new project launches, calibration, and evolution in alignment with business goals. Lead project outcome and impact review by leveraging feedback collection and data insights. Initiate, plan and drive continuous improvements aimed at achieving service excellence, increased retention/loyalty, topline growth and market share. Act as a subject matter and leader in the business area, familiar with competitive analysis, industry benchmarking and innovations. Ensure the overall solution is leveraging best practices seen in the industry today and across International Walmart teams. Influence SVP level leadership, work cross-functionally to build consensus to ensure common alignment on strategic direction, objectives, priorities, timelines, and budgets. Report on project development and success to senior/C-suite leadership. Call out roadblocks, identify and lead the solution to calibrate the project path. Develop tactical plans to ensure the successful rollout of Store Fulfilled CVP initiatives. Build strong relationships and work with cross-functional partners including Technology, Ops, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Merchandising, and Replenishment to deliver new value propositions and drive seamless, Omni customer shopping experiences end-to-end.Contribute to a team environment that supports the advocacy and mindset of innovative ideas, cross-functional collaboration, new Walmart.ca experiences, better ways to serve customers, and revenue-driving opportunities.
