**The Role**
+ Gain a thorough understanding of the plan design
+ Perform routine, complex and recurring plan administration tasks for clients’ defined pension benefit plans and information
+ Work cooperatively with other team members to complete tasks and to ensure unified delivery of services
+ Learn and use Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output
+ Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans
+ Perform established quality control standards and meet established performance targets
+ Complete assigned cases using established procedures and in a timely manner
+ Meet productivity/utilization goals as well as meet established efficiency standards
+ Actively participate in team meetings and training activities
+ Follow and update documentation materials as directed
**The Requirements**
+ A graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or other related courses
+ Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to pension benefit plans and pension participants’ information
+ Knowledge on benefits administration, plan administration or insurance processing is a plus
+ Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
+ Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Powerpoint and Word is a plus
+ Intermediate working knowledge in MS Excel
+ Professional and responsible approach to work, clients and colleagues
+ Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to details
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines
+ Work experience with US counterparts preferred
+ College degree holder
+ Work Mondays thru Fridays
