Job Description:
We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible in handling plan level transactions for clients in Canada. The transactions are ranging from Onboarding (setting up new plans), Plan Changes, Advisor related changes, Funds/Repricing Changes until Plan Termination.

Key Responsibilities:
Process indexing with utmost attention to quality and quantity, and process simple to complex work which includes Licensing work and Rep Maintenance
Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Graduate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent typing skills
Good written skills and good verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Accuracy and keen attention to details
Knowledge of Streetscape, BPM, LARS and Licensing Process is a plus
