**Responsibilities** The Cancer Center Triage RN is responsible for receiving incoming calls from Hematology/Oncology patients and their caregivers, physicians, and healthcare organizations. Using the nursing process and EMR-embedded triage protocols, the nurse will assess the patient, facilitate communication with providers, and offer appropriate options for care.
