Summary

Position reports to the Department Chair of the Gynecology Oncology Department

 

The Ideal Candidate:

Is an MD seeking 1-2 years of research experience Would like to conduct gynecologic cancer research projects under supervision of faculty gynecologic oncology physician scientist. 

 

Responsibilities:

Participates fully in the educational activities of the program to include but not limited to; tumor boards, journal clubs, case studies, departmental educational meetings, core lectures. Records, compiles, and analyzes experimental data. Generates presentation-ready processed data (e.g., graphs and tables) under appropriate supervision. Learn research techniques that directly relate to the program’s scientific projects and goals

 

Credentials and Qualifications:

MD, Doctor of Osteopathy or equivalent degree required Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of research methodologies to conduct clinical/translational research studies in applied research a plus but not required.
