This role will be based between your home and onsite at Upavon

What you’ll be doing:Contacting and supporting a number of candidates who are currently going through their recruitment journey to join the British ArmyUpdating clear and accurate candidate notes on the internal databaseTaking ownership of your personal performance targetsRegularly suggest valid and appropriate ideas to improve people processes and customer serviceEngaging with appropriate internal and external stakeholdersSupporting recruiters within the regionsWhat we’re looking for:
