About the Role:

The Senske Family of Companies is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated Field Marketing Associates to help grow our lawn care and pest control business in key local markets. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our marketing efforts, bringing our services directly to neighborhoods we serve through flyer drop-offs and light canvassing. Your mission? Help us spread the word, generate leads, and make our brand top of mind for homeowners who need a lawn care or pest control partner they can trust.

Key Responsibilities

· Neighborhood Outreach: Walk designated neighborhoods and distribute flyers door-to-door promoting SFC brands’ lawn and pest control services.

· Lead Generation: Engage with homeowners when appropriate, answering basic questions and encouraging them to contact us or scan the QR code to book a free quote.

· Coverage Tracking: Use a simple mobile tool or log to track which areas have been covered each day.

· Brand Ambassador: Represent SFC brands in a friendly, professional manner.

· Local Event Support: Occasionally assist with event booth setup or materials distribution at community events, if available.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Outgoing, friendly personality with great communication skills

· Ability to walk for extended periods and carry marketing materials (flyers, door hangers, etc.)

· Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods

· Comfortable working independently outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Previous customer-facing or promotional experience is a plus, but not required
