They collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop trade strategies that align with business objectives, and implement processes for improved performance. **In this role, you will:** + Key enabler of Trade design, analytics and optimization across all BUs and Customer teams, partnering with multiple cross functional teams + Support deployment toand increase adoption of trade strategy insights ofkey stakeholders, embedding insights throughout the various functions + Trade Management and Analytics: Leverage data/analytics, TPM tool, and trade principles to create and deliver elevated tools and processes that include post promotion analysis and trade spend analytics. + Provide thought leadership in a variety of settings - Communicate withpartners across Business Units, Field Sales and Leadership Teams + Will collaborate to execute the Annual Trade Plan and ensure compliance with trade strategy,budgets and guidelines + Developand implement processes and procedures foranalytical trade promotional projects to ensure consistency. + Lead reviews or studies and present those findings to drive changes in customer trade planning strategy. + Build compelling communication working towards decisions - Coordinate, organize and handle large sets of information with ability to scale insights + Support and managecorporate strategic initiatives such as annual quota-setting + Subject matter expert with deep functional and proven technical knowledge (Sales, Finance, Systems) **What we look for:** + 5+ years of experience in Sales, Category Management or similar + Knowledge of CPG or Retail business dynamics + Skilled in translating complex business questions into simple, elegant frameworks + Ability to plainly communicate technical concepts to a business audience, tailored to various levels + Flexible and able to juggle competing priorities and adjust priorities as business requires + Comfortable working with ambiguity and semi-autonomously + Curious and committed to modernizing current capabilities to meet evolving business needs + Well-organized and high level of attention to detail. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of delivering against multiple priorities and multiple product lines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Data gathering skills across multiple systems and data streams with quantitative and qualitative data analytic skills, including the ability to link business process improvements to KPIs. **Workplace type:** This role will be Hybrid and in the office 3x per week if the candidate resides within 50 miles of a Clorox Hub office in accordance to the Hybrid 2.0 Return to Office Policy.
