About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to join the growing Winning Work - Capability Content team in Manila. As a Content Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation of critical content that aligns with Aurecon's blueprint growth strategy.

As our business expands, we are dedicated to enhancing our storytelling abilities to effectively articulate our “growth play” to clients, relevant boards, and partners, as well as communicate our successes and impact in the various markets and regions we serve.

As a member of the Capability Content team, you will be mainly responsible for the following:

Collaborate with key stakeholders, focusing on Western Australia and Northern Territory (WANT), in creating compelling presentations to showcase Aurecon’s capabilities and success storiesScope out content development requests, aligning on approach and timelines, and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvementProvide visual design support for presentations and implement basic formatting and imagery, adhering to brand guidelinesConvert sketches / concepts / tables into basic graphics (mostly in PPT)Support the end-to-end content creation process, including proofreading and editorial reviews, in collaboration with industry and regional leaders, subject matter experts and other content consultants to effectively convey Aurecon's success and impact in various disciplines and marketsCollaborate with other content consultants and other Winning Work teams to develop and maintain high-quality capability materials

As you grow further into the role, you will be expected to further support your team’s success by accomplishing the following responsibilities:

Support the production of bespoke pitch decks and digital/print materials tailored for use in bids, projects, and other external pursuits, showcasing Aurecon's people, project experience, eminence and bespoke toolsProvide knowledge management support by compiling, curating, updating content in our Knowledge LibrariesAssist in pipeline management by closely monitoring the content production pipeline and applying corrections based on approved guidelinesCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across the businessSupport the creation of the team’s quarterly and annual reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or any other relevant four-year courseProven experience in supporting business development, consulting, or a related role, with a focus on creating presentations and client engagement materials.2-4 years of relevant experience as part of a content, editorial, or design team in a B2B environment, preferably in the construction, design, consulting and advisory, or IT sectorsProven expertise in editorial excellence, storytelling, content writing, and information managementProficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite, including advanced PPT formatting and imagery skillsExperience in visual design and in using relevant tools including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, otherStrong organizational, communication, editing, and proofreading skillsA proactive attitude, willingness to learn new systems and processes, and a drive for continuous improvementTeam player and proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset
