Key responsibilities for this role include:
Supporting the Capability Development and Events Lead - ANZ in designing, delivery of training to enhance the selling skills of customer facing Viatris employees; Take ownership of the Design, development and delivery of programs, offerings and resources in an innovative and digitally advanced way;Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide best practise delivery of development framework;Understanding market intelligence and aspects that may influence Viatris’ pipeline, marketed products and other business interests;Work with the training team to analyse and determine employee training and related solutions;Any administration related to the learning and development implementation for the business.The minimum qualification, experience and skill requirements for this role are:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any of the following is required; adult education, organizational development, Human Resources or Commerce is required;Minimum 3 years’ experience in learning and development ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or FMCG industry. A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration;Must have knowledge of adult learning principles and related learning and development methodologies; Knowledge on Medicines Australia Code of Conduct would be an advantage;Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office suite;Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills;Advanced stakeholder and project management skills;Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).At Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.
