Capability Manager, Delivery (L10)
Overview We are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager of Go-to-Market Capabilities with a strong focus on the delivery organization and having a passion for adult learning. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training and development programs to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our delivery teams across PBNA. Responsibilities Training Program Development: Design and deliver innovative training programs that cater to the specific needs of our delivery organization, focusing on adult learning principles and best practices. Delivery Enablement: Collaborate closely with delivery leadership to identify capability gaps and develop targeted initiatives to address them, ensuring our delivery teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. Content Creation: Create engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, case studies, and job aids. Learning Experience Design: Partner with instructional design team members to develop methodologies and create meaningful learning experiences that drive behavior change and improve performance. Measurement and Evaluation: Establish metrics to evaluate the impact of training programs, continuously assessing effectiveness, and making data-driven improvements. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional and Capability Deployment teams to align training initiatives with overall business objectives and needs. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in selling, merchandising, delivery, learning and development, or a related field. Preference to have demonstrated having a track record of designing and implementing successful training programs. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field. Deep understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies, with a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective training strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other training technologies. Familiarity with the food industry and the specific challenges faced by sales/delivery/merchandising organizations within this space is a plus.
