Capability Supervisor


Job Description:

Capability Supervisor is responsible for leading the Vendor Master Data team and supporting technical enhancements, key controls, and other projects for accounts payable team. This role involves managing a team of vendor master data clerks, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of vendor information, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures. The Supervisor will also contribute to the development of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee the Vendor Master Data team.

· Support technical enhancement and system improvements.

· Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial policies.

· Develop and implement process improvements.

· Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of vendor master data.

· Collaborate with other departments to support accounts payable projects.

· Handle escalated vendor inquiries and issues.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.

Job Requirements:

· Secondary education required in Information Technology or Business Finance.

· Advanced active knowledge of English and other language is a plus.

· 3-5 years´ experience in a finance & administrative department.

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

· Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and other Microsoft tools.

· Experience with accounting system (Oracle/SAP experience a plus).

· Excellent communication skills.

· Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.

· Effective organization skills.

· Strong teamwork abilities.

· Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures.
