The Capability Support Specialist is a part of the Capability team under Digital Marketing which supports and enabling the strategies of Copeland and subsequent businesses. The Capability Support Specialist will coordinate with capability owners to manage, document, process, and govern tools and platforms related to the capability.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, a self-starter, an excellent communicator, possessing experience with marketing technology (MarTech). Partnering with key marketing, business, and technology leads, the Capability Support Specialist will support the digital capability roadmap and framework. This role will report to the Digital Capability Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Managing users, platform systems, and related dataBuilding custom fields for data and metadata to manage platform in relation to integrationsMaintain data hygiene and adhere to standard processes to ensure proper operation of systems (Primarily TMS - Translation Management System & DAM - Data Asset Management)Collaborate with capability owners for additional support on operationalizing the capabilityAssist users in getting data, assets, submissions loaded to systems or exported from systems as structured as requiredHelp guide governance and standards, document processes and work on clean up of related data and/or assetsWork with vendor support for additional setup/configuration to support requests
