The position

As our new Capacity Partner, you will, on behalf of NM, serve as the interface towards central supply chain functions in Novo Nordisk to align and communicate on production targets and internal capacities.

Key Responsibilities include:

Driving and supporting mid- and long-term capacity planning processes in NM in collaboration with local and central planning functions in Novo Nordisk. Act as strategic supply chain partner for NM management, focusing on balancing cost, quality, and delivery.  Drive Master data excellence to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain. Collecting data, creating insights, and proposing recommendations related to NM operations and our role in the global needle network Analysing and preparing business cases for management and facilitating required discussions Creating management decision-making material and communication packages for our global stakeholders Continuous Improvement by leading and participating in initiatives to enhance processes, and tools, and support best practices across production sites. Contribute to other business topics that serve for NM success in close collaboration with NM business partners.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelor’s degree (preferably a MsC) in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or any other relevant field A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning from a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management function in an international organization Excellent stakeholder and change management skills and the ability to effectively introduce new ways of working and continuous improvements Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Experience with presenting for senior management  Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

 

About the department

You will be part of the Business Support department. We are responsible for providing support to businesses in diverse aspects that include Apprentice, Training, LEAN, Quality Compliance, Business Partnering, Finance & Administration.

We are part of Needle Manufacturing (NM) in Hjørring which is responsible for the internal production of pen needles as well as quality control of all Novo Nordisk pen needles produced both internally and external. We are organized into seven departments with more than 425 employees dedicated to ensuring the supply of pen needles to Novo Nordisk. We are driven by a quality mindset and pride ourselves on being a workplace where our can-do spirit and high ambitions come together to create great results for the benefit of our patients.
