Capacity Planning Specialist
Capacity Planning Specialist Job Description: The highly collaborative role is responsible for managing our pipeline routing process - the foundation of our sales process and methodology. Partnering with direct sales, sales development, partner sales and sales operations, you will define needs, and work closely with our internal IT systems to build and manage the Sage Intacct opportunity flow process. In doing so, you will optimize close rates, sales cycles, capacity, productivity, and help sales operations build and define the future strategy of sales technology. *This is a hybrid role: 3 days/week in office* Key Responsibilities: • Define and configure smart and robust routing categories, KPIs, SLAs and measurements of efficiency. • Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales organization, providing prompt and efficient resolution to opportunity routing questions. • Support the development of revenue maximizing operational procedures to manage volume and capacity. • Identify supplemental data through technology to enrich opportunity records. • Manage multiple assignments and requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and deliver timely results. • Manage Sales Programs driving opportunity creation and increased close rates. • Proactively identify commonalities across our business needs, recommend improvements to accelerate and scale, and leverage tools to automate in line with the growth of the business. • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to reduce friction, and ensure consistent and integrated policies, processes, and governance. • Develop and maintain standardized operational reports to monitor overall operational effectiveness, data integrity, and gain insights to improve capacity routing performance.
