As a Capacity Portfolio Representative, you’ll blend inside sales, account management, and operations to grow and manage a portfolio of carriers. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional service by collaborating with trucking company owners, dispatchers, and drivers, ensuring the right truck is matched with the right shipment at the perfect time and price. In this role, there is a focus on Temperature Control Truckload execution and Temperature Control carrier relationship development. Products hauled are critical and time sensitive in nature. This added element builds upon the complexity, urgency, and potential value we provide our customers.

Provide outstanding service by addressing carrier issues promptly and implementing effective solutionsRegularly review and act on carrier feedback to improve serviceIdentify and recommend the best payment solutions for each carrier based on their needsAssist carriers with cash advances and resolve payable issues to ensure smooth operationsExecute Process Efficiency
