CAPEX Manager

Are you looking to be part of technological international company? As Capex Manager you will support the Engineering Teams and Finance Department responsible for forecasting and budgeting activities. Your Role 

As a CAPEX Manager in our team, you will be responsible for: 

 

Report Monthly Actual and Forecast to Finance along with Risk & Opportunity 

Preparing capital data and reports for high level management 

Work with Engineering to bring requirements forward for Appropriation Request (AR) & Procurement Request (PR) reviews 

Preparing finance documentation for approval 

Updating database - Capital Forecast Tool 

Preparing CAPEX budget  

Maintain data quality within the Capital Forecasting Tool 

Review and correct CAPEX Business Cases  

Helping with current team tasks 

Conducting training for Engineers on forecasting/purchasing/capital expenditure approval process 

Your Background 

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: 

Min. 5 years of professional experience  

Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)  

Master degree 

Financial background and accounting knowledge are welcome  

Systems knowledge for systems like SAP and Planview 

Good command of English language  

Strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities  

High motivated, independent working style; highly flexible and result-oriented  

Analytical approach to problem solving
