Job Description:
As a Director in the Data Driven Transformation Practice of Capgemini Invent you will help clients in the manufacturing sectors transform and improve their operations by leveraging insights from underlying business, process and machine data. You will be a provide supervision and hands on delivery - advising our clients and teams of engineers on solution approach, design, implementation, and roll-out of technical solutions. You are a key expert in growing our business and securing the delivery - building innovative technical solutions and can implement those by yourself or together with a team of consultants, data scientists, and engineers from client side and Capgemini.
Responsibilities:
You will be an expert in and help run energetic workshops with clients to identify pain-points, desires, as-is situation, solution path, solution design, etc.You will define and own solution approaches, and technical designs and advise on solution development, testing and roll-out.You will lead teams of technical experts and engineers that help build technical solutions – guiding them in build components of technical solutions on your own (e.g. ML Models, anomaly detection algorithms, etc.) while building a holistic view of the clients’ challenges – beyond technical aspects (business readiness, deployment strategy…)You will find and cultivate opportunities for improvement and grow the business within your spaceYou will help promote program/ solution/ team success internally and at the clientYou will contribute and drive some of the AI / Analytics deals to grow our teamYou will build client trust and close collaboration to drive the projects and manage the risksYou will manage some AI / Analytics consultants to grow them as part of growing the practiceRequirements:
Engineering Degree, B.S. (M.S. or MBA with STEM background preferred)Agile knowledge and expertiseOperations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing industry expetiseKnowledge onAI / Analytics tools landscape (Palantir (AIP), C3.AI, Cognite, AWS, Microsoft, SEEQ…)Experience in delivering AI / Analyticsuse casesStrong familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts such as, IoT, Edge, Data Hub, predictive maintenance, Digital thread, control tower and othersKnowledge ofData Standards and Manufacturing Standards and CapabilitiesExperience inprocess mapping and ability to identify system / process weaknesses and areas for possible issues.Functionally:
