Requirements:

In addition to having a successful track record within a Procurement practice of an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:

Broad understanding of the current industry dynamics and trends within Procurement specifically and Supply Chain more broadly Experience within the following capability areas: Procurement Strategy Procurement Org and Operating Model Strategic Sourcing and Category Management Process Improvement Spend Analysis Package Selection Broader experience in other Supply Chain disciplines such as: Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing, Analytics Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performanceRequired Skills:-Behavioral Skills:- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences- Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities- Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexibleCandidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Capgemini.
