Position SummaryAs an E&T Capital Equipment Sales Manager (CESM) at STERIS, you are responsible for driving revenue of electron beam and x-ray accelerator equipment, processing conveyance systems, and ancillary products for AST Equipment and Technologies. You will focus on medical device, pharmaceutical, research and development, radioisotope production, phytosanitary and other industrial applications.
You will oversee all Customer relationships and execute primary sales responsibilities to increase revenue and margin, while expanding the STERIS E&T brand regionally and globally. You will collaborate and support a cross-functional team of professional project managers, technical advisors and engineers to execute strategies and achieve revenue growth targets while providing a best-in-class Customer experience.
This is a remote based Customer facing position. To support and service our Customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of one of the following states: STATE(S). Anywhere in the US, next to a major airport.
What you will do with us: Support Customer relationships within assigned geography with direct responsibility for increasing revenue and margin through strategic, operational, and organizational tactics. Secure multi-million-dollar sales of STERIS AST Equipment and Technology products and services by organizing, controlling and being responsible for all projects in assigned region. Identify, build, and manage existing and potential strategic partnerships to follow business growth trajectories. Attend industry tradeshows and conferences to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth while increasing awareness of the STERIS Equipment & Technology portfolio of products and services and identify potential future product offering opportunities. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to establish and align business growth strategies to support organizational goals and technical capabilities. Lead Customer discussions, and partner with internal technical experts, to identify product offerings best suited to satisfy Customer needs and drives sales through the execution of purchase agreements. Identify potential Customers and engage in outreach efforts to establish relationships, market the brand, and align actions with business strategy. Define and communicate the Customer operations roadmap for sterilization systems and controls for medical device, pharmaceutical, research and development, radioisotope production, phytosanitary and other industrial applications. Collaborate with Global and Regional Customers to build and maintain long-term relationships and establish STERIS AST as the provider of choice for the capital equipment and software product offerings. Design and implement a Voice of Customer (VOC) business strategy with operational goals to capture Customer expectations, experiences, and loyalty toward STERIS AST within a continuous improvement framework.

Pay range for this opportunity is $90,000 - $100,000. This role offers on-target earnings of 220K.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
