WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Middle Office is a position that will develop and lead all aspect of strategic planning, maintain adequate operations procedures and systems for the Capital Market Operations within Business & Investment Services (B&IS).This function covers incumbent's responsibilities for operations relating to all line of business within Capital Market.The primary immediate function for this role, will be to support the daily Supply Chain Global Trade and Supply Chain Finance (GTS) activities. The overall objective is to help ensure all SCF programs are onboarded correctly and in a timely manner.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?Providing support to Front Office GTS Sales while working in collaboration with Credit, compliance, GTS operationsMaintain and manage daily tasks including but not limited to GTS Requests and management control reportsCompile, Review, and Store GTS Program DocumentsForward all relevant documentation to AFS Boarding and GTS Operations for FTI onboardingSupply Chain & Trade Finance - ResponsibilitiesSupport CIS and KYC for clients and related partiesRequest third party due diligence searches and documents (e.g., Certificates of Good Standing, UCC Liens, OFAC/World Compliance)Generate and validate completion of Trade Boarding ChecklistSupport boarding of suppliers/buyers on non-bank platformsEffectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance mattersEnsure all areas of responsibility comply with policies and procedures

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Required Qualifications*Bachelor's Degree or equivalentMinimum 1-2 year of experience in financial services/ banking industryMinimum 1-2 year of operations management, client service management, documentation, or client training experience requiredMinimum 2 years of experience providing customer service Additional QualificationsExperience reading and translating DCRR/Approvals into unexecuted Document Packages and Boarding ChecklistsKnowledge of UCC search, position, and filingAbility to interpret legal agreements from inside and outside counsel, their execution, and retention standards
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?CompensationStarting base salary: $71,869 - $114,797 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
