Pay Rate: $72 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Capital Markets Trade Associate for an initial 12 month contract. This role is currently hybrid in Toronto.

Responsibilities Include:

Summarize the data from various systems to draw insights into productivity, efficiency and profitability Work the data that comes out of our billing system, deposit systems, product implementation system, customer service system and help desk systems data to be used in determining operational effectiveness Work with the help desk management team to source the data from the system Determine which metrics are adequate to manage the team and produce score cards

Qualifications:

Strong Excel skills (particularly Pivot Tables): 5 years Strong SQL skills: 5 years Python, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate (Nice to Have)
