Senior Consultant, (Capital Markets)

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced consultant to join our Portfolio Services team within Capital Markets in Madrid. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating projects related to NPL & REO portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate projects for NPL & REO portfolios, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfactionManage dedicated project teams, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards in all deliverablesInterpret and address client needs from multiple perspectives, including business strategy, real estate analysis, and methodologyCollaborate with various JLL departments to provide comprehensive real estate sector insightsContribute to JLL's ongoing transformation into a technology-driven financial company while upholding our ethical values, teamwork ethos, and commitment to client solutions

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or EconomicsMinimum 6 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, with a focus on distressed deals, either client-side or in a consultancy firmAdvanced level of English proficiencyStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in cashflow analysis and other financial toolsExtensive experience analyzing and valuing various Real Estate typologies (residential, land, Commercial Real Estate)Involvement in acquisition or sale processes of REO/NPL portfoliosExcellent leadership and team management skills

Desired Qualifications:

Post-graduate degree in Real Estate, urban planning, and/or valuationsKnowledge of urban planningExperience working in a technology-driven environment.
