About Our Group

The Energy, Infrastructure, & Transition (“EIT”) team provides investment banking services to existing and prospective clients in the renewable and conventional power, utilities, midstream, upstream energy, infrastructure, energy transition and climate technology sectors. The team has a global coverage strategy across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia. Through our client-centric approach we support our clients through a variety of transactions including, but not limited to, M&A (buy-side and sell-side), equity and debt capital financings, construction and term financings, tax equity, strategic advisory / alternatives mandates, capital structure advisory, and public-private partnerships. The team also delivers complex risk and hedging solutions to clients. Through such transactions, our specialized global platform and subject matter expertise enables us to help our clients meet their goals, including net zero and climate goals. The EIT team manages a market leading platform from our offices in Toronto, New York, Houston, Calgary, London and Bogota.

The team’s coverage mandate includes renewables (solar, wind, hydro, biomass, storage), conventional power (e.g. gas-fired generation), utility and utility infrastructure (regulated utilities, district energy), energy transition technology (hydrogen, CCUS, biofuels, climate technology), infrastructure (airports, roads, ports, rail and logistics, digital), midstream and upstream oil and gas.

How You’ll Succeed

Applying your strengths in quantitative analysis to create and direct complex financial analysis and models while extracting the “big picture” implications of such analysis will be critical to your success.
