Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain key systems and reporting databases Process incoming purchase requests Facilitate the creation and acceptance of pricing terms Frequently audit and document internal price models to ensure reporting and pricing accuracy Continuously improve the operations through procedural, system and policy enhancement while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies Process profile changes and lock extensions in Optimal Blue Communicate with Production and Secondary Marketing management on error trending Coordinate and communicate to keep multiple departments within the company apprised of changes Respond to emails in the BFC Desk inbox Monitor post lock changes for efficiencies and trends Maintain knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements specific to daily job functions Maintain knowledge of loan products offered by DHI MortgageD.R.
