The Solutions Analyst position is a dynamic role focused on supporting the development, implementation, and updates of the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (“ULDD”) requirements as mandated by our Agency partners. This role is integral to the loan pooling and sale process, ensuring that all updates and requirements are met with precision and efficiency. The Solutions Analyst will collaborate closely with IT, business teams, and Agency partners to maintain the integrity of the ULDD framework and support single loan escalation requests.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Ensure timely and accurate updates to the ULDD in line with investor eligibility and rules.Take ownership of the ULDD framework's implementation from both IT and business perspectives.Conduct thorough research, develop proposals, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement programmatic solutions.Engage with stakeholders to create functional requirements specifications and analyze business processes and delivery requirements.Investigate rules affecting solution delivery, including compliance, data governance, and existing business processes.Recommend and assist in the design, development, and testing of solutions that fulfill delivery requirements.Manage the quality assurance and deployment phases of the project, reporting progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.Support the Fannie Mae Early Check (EC) process post-closing and enhance the Freddie Mac Loan Quality Advisor (LQA) process.Develop and refine processes and job aids to accommodate business growth and the rollout of new products or processes. Must Have Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.2-5 years of relevant work experience.Preferred knowledge of Agency Underwriting or Selling guidelines.Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members.Self-reliant with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.Energetic, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
