Job DescriptionTo ensure ADT Haul Truck is operated safely and in accordance with company proceduresTo report any operational hazards to the Project SupervisorOperate for reliability (O4R)Complying with site safety standardsWorking effectively with Supervisors to achieve production targetsReporting unsafe acts/areas in the workplacePerform pre-shift inspection and document appropriatelyReport any safety or mechanical problems with the equipment in accordance with company proceduresDocument and record production informationTo carry out any other activities directed by the Supervisor within the employee’s competence, this may include manual labor activities.

QualificationsMinimum 6 months experience operating ADT Haul Trucks; experience with other mobile equipment preferredAbility to operate in continuously changing environments and work unsupervisedProficiency in English for communication, understanding work instructions, and safety proceduresPrevious mining experience is desirable but not essentialMust pass pre-employment drug test and company physicalAbility to operate common vehicles and small 4x4 roving vehicles in off-road and adverse weather conditionsHGM promotes a drug/alcohol-free work environment with mandatory pre-employment and random drug testing
