Starting Salary Circa £65,000

We have a great opportunity for a Captives Specialist to join our London based team. This is a great job for someone who is experienced in managing fronted captive programmes and is keen to leverage this experience to support the design and delivery of a standardised captive service framework.

A bit about the job:

This is a newly created key role reporting to the Captive and Multinational Hub Manager. You will work directly with Underwriting and other Functions to help develop and deliver a robust Captive process, leading on all ancillary engagement e.g., Reinsurance, Claims Monitoring, Collections processes, as well as oversighting ways to improve ways of working, and reducing outstanding debt working alongside Collections and Technical Credit Control, etc. The role is market and customer facing.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Experience in financial services aligned with captive and multinational programme managementStrong stakeholder management skills amongst peers and operations teams, as well as brokers and customers with captive programmesExperience in overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of a fronted captive policy/programmeAbility to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes and service proposition
