The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Capture Manager to support our Enterprise Digital Experience (EDX) Practice at our Leidos Headquarters in Reston, VA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced professional for business development initiatives and communications for our Enterprise Digital Experience (EDX) Practice. This senior role will drive the strategy for how our practice positions, communicates, and delivers its repeatable offerings (ROs) across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing acumen with deep business development experience to accelerate the adoption of EDX solutions throughout our federal practice while ensuring our knowledge management approach scales effectively with our growth. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at the intersection of marketing, business development, and knowledge management. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
No initial clearance is required to start; however, you must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required).

Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of professional experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Proven track record of driving adoption of technical solutions.Experience with federal government contracting and proposal processes.Strong understanding of digital transformation and IT modernization.Experience leading go-to-market strategies for advanced capabilities like automation, digital experience, AI, cyber and zero trust, etc.Background in knowledge management and content strategy.Track record of successful stakeholder engagement.Experience leading marketing or business development initiatives.Proven ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, from technical experts to executive stakeholders.IMPACT & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:
