AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Car Care District Director to lead the operations of our Car Care stores in the Dayton, OH market. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations. As a Car Care District Director, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture, while maintaining the integrity of our brand and delivering exceptional service to our members. Key Responsibilities: + Operational Leadership: Lead and direct car care store operations within the assigned district, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and profitability targets. Oversee the launch of new or relocated stores within the district. + Team Management: Hire, guide, and support store managers and associates to meet sales and service goals. Ensure effective staffing, scheduling, and employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance management. + Service Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of customer service, facility management, and operational safety. Promote a culture of quality, ensuring team members exceed member expectations through extraordinary service. + Financial Oversight: Monitor and analyze financial reports, sales performance, and operational costs to ensure district profitability. Collaborate with store management to resolve accounting, audit, and customer issues. + Strategic Planning: Participate in business line leadership to develop strategies that align with corporate goals. Provide informed solutions to business challenges, supporting the growth and sustainability of the district. + Compliance & Safety: Manage safety and compliance across all locations, ensuring adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. + Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external contacts and vendors, enhancing AAA’s presence and reputation in the community. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered. + Minimum of 10+ years of business experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role within a fast-paced automotive retail environment. + Proven ability to manage multiple stores, lead teams remotely, and collaborate across departments. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry-related software. + Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to oversee district operations. + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
