Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Car Dealer Manager to oversee our operations in the western region of India, based in Pune. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our dealership network across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Goa.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share in the western regionManage and motivate a team of dealership staff, ensuring high performance and customer satisfactionOversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across multiple dealershipsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansionEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and customersEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in dealership operationsMonitor and optimize financial performance of dealerships, including budgeting and expense controlImplement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer experience and loyaltyConduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve team skills and productivityTravel frequently to dealerships within the western region to provide on-site support and guidanceQualificationsMinimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management, with a proven track record of successful sales leadershipIn-depth knowledge of the Indian automotive market, particularly in the western region (MH, GJ, AP, TL, GA)Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, sales techniques, and customer service best practicesExcellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staffProficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimizationExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and inventory management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Automotive Management Certification (preferred)Willingness to travel frequently within the western regionAdditional InformationReady to drive with Continental?
