Car Sales Coordinator

Avis Budget Group has an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your experience in fleet / vehicle administration & car-sales management. Part of a high-performing team, the Fleet/Car Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with all levels of management, including the Toronto Ops team. Our ideal candidate must also possess a proactive, flexible and adaptable work style enabling them to lead and collaborate with the entire ABG team.
 

You will be responsible for ensuring all Avis Budget Group title and registration paperwork, payment(s) and banking is processed in a timely fashion with extreme accuracy. Responding to incoming calls and e-mails promptly, providing all necessary research and documentation needed. In addition, they will be handling paying invoices, data entry of various car information, auditing, as well as addressing processing and MTO issues. Including also vital communication with new/used car dealerships and/or auctions including, coordinating with dealers/auctions the retrieval of any sold vehicles through an auction and/or dealer-direct transactions.
 

This role is in an office environment with regular weekly business hours Monday - Friday.
 

Job Duties:

New vehicle package preparationNew vehicle delivery / trackingGenerate and pay invoicesRequest / renew / cancel license plates with the appropriate hard copy documentation, as provided by the MinistryMarshal sold vehicle(s) with a consistent, detail-oriented process as well as pull documentation/spare keys for sold vehiclesEnter sold vehicles into FRED (internal system)Send copies of registrations and insurance verificationUpdate pipeline spreadsheets daily using MS ExcelProcess returned plates/matching up ownerships/plate portions to platesProvide fleet detail reports to support month-end reportingAssign and monitor vehicle tracking devices (AIRIQ)Work with our AIRIQ vendors to install devices and order partsOrganizing and managing the spare key roomProcessing and submitting vehicle PDI formsComplete other duties as assignedPreparing/submitting/scanning car sales batching including salvage sales to Fleet Accounting/USA
 

Required Skills and Experience:

High School degree/GEDMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, Macros, etc)Minimum 1 year of data entry experience, customer service skillsExcellent data entry skills, multi-tasking, organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and excellent written communication skills Good analytical skills and some macro knowledge preferredMust be able to work in a fast-paced work environmentPrior vehicle dealership and / or fleet management experience highly preferredValid Driving license and clean driving record (comfortable driving multiple times a day to various locations to drop/pick-up licensing documents) including license plates.
