In this position...
The Vehicle Personalization Program Management Analyst / Business Analyst position is focused on Pre-Hand Off and leading the launch of new and exciting Accessories and Production packages as seen on new vehicles such as the Bronco and F-150. This role offers a great opportunity for exposure to all elements of a product lifecycle from business case development through vehicle launch and that role could be expanded to include additional responsibilities as competence grows with experience.
What you'll do...
•Manage business case content development, program timing and financial approvals for production channel and dealer channel accessory programs.
•Manage key milestone deliverables in GPDS and VPPDS from Program Start <PS> to Program Approval <PA> through Job #1/OKTB.
•Establish, publish, and manage project metrics to ensure quality execution.
•Analyze financial, engineering and manufacturing data to ensure financial viability of programs prior to approval. (Including program content, timing, financials, etc.)
•Identification and resolution of program and business case issues (e.g. Company Financial Targets, Timing, Feasibility etc.)
•Interface with Senior Management, Program Teams, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering, Market Areas and other Global Regions.
You'll have...
•Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years minimum experience with product development, product launch process, etc.
•Prior Program Management or Planning experience strongly desired.
Even better, you may have...
•Prior Business Analytics, Program Management and / or Planning experience.
•Knowledge and understanding of automotive aftermarket, vehicle dealerships - particularly in sales/service of vehicle accessories / personalization.

This position is a salary grade 7.
