JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

Works closely with the Site Manager in the daily operation of the site.  Assists Site Manager with daily operational activities including but not limited to reporting, scheduling, inventory management, cleaning and organizing.

Entry-level position typically requiring some prior knowledge or experience.

Job Description:

Specific responsibilities include:

Under direction of the Site Manager, provides training and oversight to site employees and provides general operational guidance; serves as role model to other team membersAssists Site Manager with overall operation of the site; may execute open and close duties as per prescribed procedures.Provides customers with information and benefits of the subscription/membership programsEnsures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholdersWorks safely and reports safety or maintenance issues to managementMaintain cleanliness of work environment and inventoryProvide excellent customer serviceAssist the customer in selecting menu options and process payment for servicesCommunicates information that requires some explanation or interpretationPerforms Attendant duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer serviceGuides cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanorPerforms visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel

Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s licenseAble to bend or stand at least 80% of the time; must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position self safely under carsMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningCapable of working any day of the week including Sundays and work in hot/cold weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to fifty (50) poundsBasic computer skills: ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into a point of sale systemExceptional customer service skillsWhere applicable: ability to obtain a state-issued inspector’s license is preferredAttention to detailAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team membersComfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goalsMotivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
