Job Description The **Car** **W** **ash Attendant (CWA)** interacts with customers and ensures they are satisfied with their car wash experience as it relates to speed, quality and hospitality. Essential Functions  + Resolving customer service concerns. + TakecustomerordersofUnlimitedMemberships andsellUnlimitedMemberships with accuracy and speed. + Handle credit card transactions through kiosk. + Help provide a safe and clean working environment through completing daily checklist and implementingsafety guidelines and procedures. Key Job Expectations and responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Provide outstanding customer service. + Cleanandmaintaincarwashsiteandequipment. + Assistcustomers withquestionsonpricing,service,andawareness of car wash process. + Guidecustomersintocarwash conveyer + Sellcar washservicesandunlimitedmemberships. + Maintainandstockchemicalsandequipment. + Assistcustomerstoprocesstransactions. + Maintainsafeenvironmenton-sitewhileworkingwithothers by following all safety guidelines and procedures. + Learn Ducky’s at Chevron WashCoreValuespriortoworkingyour first shift. + Learn Ducky’s at Chevron Carwash ServiceMenuandUnlimitedScriptspriortoworkingyour firstshift Skills and Experience Required: + Demonstrated ability to be a motivated and co-operative teammate with confidence in work processes and goals. + Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively. + Ability to organizeandkeep car washsitecleanandinviting. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Aresilient,consistent,go-getterwhoseeseverycustomerasanewopportunity. + Someonewholovestobeactiveandengagedallthetime. + Maintainthehighestlevelofprofessionalismthroughthewayyoudress,carryyourselfandinteractwithcustomers. + Retail and/or hospitality experience preferred. + Valid driver’s license + Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations. Must be able to workweekends,holidays,andvarioushours. Physical Demands + Mustbeableto stand forlong periods oftime workingatkiosk or entrance of car wash conveyer. + Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Occasional bending, twisting, and lifting of equipment and materials. + Jobisoutdoorsand repetitive. Travel + Occasional work and travel between Chevron Stations Inc. Express Wash locations.
