The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

$125,000 / yearManage, train, develop, and staff the carwash, which includes but not limited to: customer service, carwash programs, and safetyPull and refill money/tokens from the pay stations and vending machineCreate and enforce Carwash employee’s schedules to optimize laborWork directly with Store General Manager and Carwash District Manager to manage all aspects of the Carwash operationCompare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest best course of action with regard to stocking the wash with necessary chemical and spare partsImplement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational washMonitor and manage all financial statement line item entreesDevelop weekly management reportsMaintain a safe wash environmentSupport employees during high trafficAdminister customer damage claimsWork with other store employees and perform other store functions deemed necessaryPerform other duties as required and/or assignedEmployee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor degree in business/management preferredMinimum of 3 years of relevant Carwash management experienceProficient skill level with Word, Excel, and MS Office requiredProficient skill level with hand and electric tools
