Car Wash Manager

AAA is looking for an experienced and innovative Manager to help lead our Auto Wash Team in Cincinnati, OH - Central Parkway.

As the Car Wash Manager, this individual will be essential in the day-to-day functions and ensuring the overall success of the facility, all the while, working to maintain AAA’s devotion to providing of great customer service!

The starting base compensation for this position is $54,200 to $71,793 per year. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

Ability to earn up to over 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year (prorated first year depending on start date).

As a Car Wash Manager for AAA, you will:

Greet and interact with customers to help ensure a great wash experience.

Maintain quality of the car wash service and maintain a clean, attractive, and safe facility.

Perform daily manager walk-throughs, ensuring all equipment is working properly and addressing and resolving any problems that may arise.

Maintain a level of customer satisfaction and increase customer volume.

Be responsible for the opening and closing of facility.

Recruit, select and train all location personnel. 

Monitor service quality and minimize customer incidents.

Resolve customer service issues and complaints promptly

Order and maintain daily inventory supplies.

Evaluate staff performance and counsel associates, as needed, to ensure the overall quality of staff development/effectiveness and productivity.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.

5+ years’ of business or customer service experience. 3+ years’ of supervisory or leadership experience.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Satisfactory pre-employment screening results, including a background check and drug screening.

Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Knowledge of car wash machinery.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to effectively train, retain, and motivate employees.

Ability to promptly and effectively interact and at times de-escalate issues with customers.

Authorized to work in the United States.
