The Card Releasing Officer shall be responsible of ensuring that Statement of Account (SOA) and Cash Advance Pin are generated, accounted, and delivered. Provide support on the production and service delivery of SOA and CA PIN. Handles requests and complaints through email and CRM. Contributes to continuous improvement and pro-actively support knowledge sharing within the group.
