Qualifications: + Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Sonography. + ARDMS in Adult Echocardiography (or board eligible with commitment to obtain within 6 months). + Minimum 1 year of experience in adult echocardiography preferred. + Current CPR certification required. + Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: + Perform a full range of echocardiographic procedures, including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and stress echocardiography. + Obtain and interpret patient history, ensuring patient comfort and understanding throughout the exam. + Analyze and interpret echocardiogram data, preparing comprehensive reports for cardiologists. + Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. + Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. + Stay current with the latest advancements in echocardiography technology and protocols.
