Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Sonography.ARDMS in Adult Echocardiography (or board eligible with commitment to obtain within 6 months).Minimum 1 year of experience in adult echocardiography preferred.Current CPR certification required.Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of echocardiographic procedures, including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and stress echocardiography.Obtain and interpret patient history, ensuring patient comfort and understanding throughout the exam.Analyze and interpret echocardiogram data, preparing comprehensive reports for cardiologists.Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Stay current with the latest advancements in echocardiography technology and protocols.
