**Overview** As our CV Surgical Tech at CHI St Vincent, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you’ll prepare the operating room for a variety of surgeries. We can’t operate without you. The operating room (Cardiac OR) runs as a team; every person on the team has an important role that directly impacts the patient. If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us. **Responsibilities** + Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization + Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you’ll be supporting + Adapt to the needs of emergency situations + Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient **_This position qualifies for a $5,000 sign on bonus, paid as a lump sum within 30 days.
