The Cardiac Tech-CMA is a clinical staff position with responsibility for specified patient care duties within Cardiovascular Specialists of Central Maryland (CSCM), a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Associate college degree desirable, preferably in a clinical discipline.

Licensure/Certification:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Training Program and/or active certification as a Medical Assistant by an approved national examination agency. Current training and certification in basic life support (BLS) required; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) required for specific diagnostic areas

Required Work Experience:

5 years physician office medical assistant experience with significant experience in cardiology.

Salary Range: Minimum $20.00 per hour - Maximum $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
