Role Summary: Reports to the BUD. The B2B/KAM Manager is a pivotal role within a defined commercial market, responsible for driving substantial new business through value-based partnerships with wholesalers, pharmacy chains/associations/digital health care. Also, key health care providers including out-patient care centers, specialized centers, and practice networks. This role requires extensive face-to-face business engagement with multiple providers of metabolic healthcare in the private sector, facilitating strong and consistent sales growth while adhering to ethical engagement procedures.
This role is determined to be a flexible worker role. On-site presence in the Toronto office is expected to be 4-12 per month, as determined by your manager and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and map private business opportunities across provinces and the country.Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize business opportunities, leveraging strategic thinking and an out-of-the-box mindset.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, pharmacy chains/associations/digital health care. Also, key health care providers including out-patient care centers, specialized centers, and practice networks.Ensure product accessibility for HCPs and patients through various ordering systems (e.g., EMRs, wholesalers, retail, online pharmacies).Establish compliant and meaningful external partnerships, and explore new types of partnerships and business deals.Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Report clear and accurate performance data.Develop robust plans and identify commercial opportunities for the company, utilizing the capability to analyze complex data and identify untapped opportunities.Determine the best approach to tap into these opportunities and drive business growth.Required Competencies:
Experience in key account and business-to-business management.Familiarity with retail pharmacy chains and key HCP accounts. Understanding of online/telehealth platforms an asset.Experience in private healthcare insurance is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.Effective communication skills and a proven track record of business growth in the healthcare market.Commitment to ethical conduct.Strategic thinking and an out-of-the-box mindset.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.Ability to identify untapped opportunities and determine the best approach to capitalize on them.Qualifications:
