Responsibilities

Characteristics:
Looking for a self-motivated individual who can create a plan of work and follow it through to completion while working with Ascension Technologies and our clinical partners. This person is adaptable, has strong collaboration skills, able to influence
others, presents with positivity and is well-spoken.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (some flexibility in arranging start/stop times with direct supervisor). Occasional weekends, evenings or nights to provide remote clinical support for project go lives.

 

Key responsibilities:

Establish trust and build strong relationships with technical, clinical, and vendor partners.Acknowledge customer problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.Manage customer expectations and ensure prompt and complete customer service.Able to communicate with various levels of users within the organizationTroubleshoot most application problems independentlyAbility to write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.Share knowledge effectively within the work team.Willing and able to learn new technology applications and workflows.Ability to identify and document a problem that displays the importance and relevance for the health system.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 5 years experience with Clinical Imaging SystemsKnowledge in supporting and implementing Cardiology Imaging, Hemodynamics & EKG SystemsKnowledge and experience with HL7 and DICOM StandardsUnderstanding of integration between healthcare applications, modalities and IT equipmentKnowledge of networking between hardware and software and Active Directory domain structure.Experience working on a project team and using Project Management Methodologies
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
