CentraCare seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of Physicians and Providers working for our award-winning Heart & Vascular Center.
In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians and Providers working to provide patient and family centered care throughout the practice. You will assess, plan, evaluate, implement and coordinate the care of patients, often times in collaboration with the CCHVC physicians.

Full time, 1.0 FTE Days - 4 10-hour shifts - No evening or weekend requirements. Location: St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Heart and Vascular Center Clinic & Outreach locations.

To be considered for our position you must meet the following requirements:
Be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or have a current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure - Or ability to obtain one. Open to new grads: Preferred to have minimum 1-2 years cardiology experience as a provider. All applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
