We are seeking an experienced and dedicated 0.75FTE Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team in a leading Complex Coronary Therapeutics Program. This clinic-based position offers the opportunity to work with patients in a highly specialized environment focused on complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) and endovascular procedures. * Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive care for patients with ischemic heart disease, including both new and follow-up patients. * Assist with medical management and pre- and post-procedural care for coronary and endovascular patients. * Collaborate in the care of patients with resistant hypertension, particularly as part of our cutting-edge Renal Denervation Program, offering pre- and post-procedure management. * Work closely with a team of 3 nurses, 3 medical assistants, and 3 patient service representatives, with a primary focus on one nurse, one medical assistant, and one patient service representative for direct collaboration. * Qualifications: * Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification * Experience in cardiology or endovascular care preferred but not required * Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team * Excellent communication and patient management skills * 0.75FTE role * This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading-edge program with a supportive and collaborative team.
