Key Position Details:
Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute is seeking a Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to join the practice.
1.0 FTE position. 10 hour work days.100% outpatient practice. Monday - Friday position. No weekends, no call and no holidays.Role supports general cardiology patients. Clinics are located in Eden Prairie and Plymouth and potential outreach in Mora, MN.EMR: Excellian (Epic) is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation.Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities:
Completes comprehensive patient assessments.Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness.Orders and interprets medical diagnostics in tandem with attending physician.Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy and medical equipment.Conducts patient education when working to manage chronic illness or wellness care.

Pay Range: $55.24 to $76.43 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
