Cardiology -  Research Faculty Open Rank

The Department of Medicine, Janey Briscoe Cardiology Division at the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is seeking a full-time Tenure Research Faculty to contribute to our growing research program. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of PhD, and preferably have research interests aligned with the broad area of Cardiovascular science/medicine and complement existing faculties with major emphasis on molecular identification of ion channels, metabolic signals, and small molecular modulators using high throughput screening strategies. A Tenure-track appointment is possible for qualified applicants. Established research grant funding is strongly preferred and rank will commensurate with experience.
